How do I access my digital purchase?
After checkout, you’ll receive an email with a download link. If you created an account during checkout, your digital files may also be available in your account area.
What format are the digital journals?
All digital journals are provided as PDF files designed for digital use or printing.
Can I edit the digital journal?
Yes. Many digital journals include fillable fields and work best when opened in a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Can I use digital journals on my phone or tablet?
Yes. Digital journals can be used across devices. For the best experience—especially on mobile—we recommend opening the file in a PDF reader app.
Will I receive a physical product if I purchase a digital item?
No. Digital products are downloadable files only. No physical item will be shipped.
Are digital purchases refundable?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final.

When will my physical order ship?

How will I know when my order has shipped?

What if my order includes both digital and physical products?
Digital items will be delivered by email shortly after purchase. Physical items will ship separately, and you’ll receive shipping updates once they’re on the way.
