At Clothe Me Inspired LLC, my goal is to provide meaningful products that encourage transformation, reflection, growth, and inspiration. Because each type of product is delivered differently, the refund policy is handled with care and clarity.
1. Digital Products (Journals, E-Books, Downloads)
All digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.
Because digital items are delivered instantly and access cannot be “returned,” refunds cannot be issued due to:

- Change of mind

- Purchasing the wrong item

- Not reading product description before purchase

2. Physical Products (Books, Printed Journals & Future Printed Items)
Physical items are produced on-demand and shipped through Lulu Direct.
Refunds are not offered for:

- Change of mind

- Ordering the wrong product

- Buyer’s remorse
However, you are protected if something goes wrong with your order.
Eligible for Replacement
A replacement will be provided if:

- Your item arrives damaged

- Your item has a printing error

- Your order arrives incorrect

- Your package is lost in transit
Not Covered
We cannot replace or refund orders due to:

- Wrong shipping address entered at checkout

- Delayed shipping outside normal processing window

- General dissatisfaction without a printing or shipping defect
3. Reporting an Issue
If there is a problem with a physical order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

- A brief explanation

- Clear photos of the issue (if damaged or misprinted)
This helps me work with the printer quickly to resolve it.
4. Cancellations
Because digital products are instantly delivered and physical items begin processing shortly after purchase, orders cannot be canceled once placed.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If there is an issue with your order, please contact me first. Filing a chargeback before allowing resolution may result in account restrictions.
