Digital products such as journals, planners, and e-books are delivered instantly after purchase.

2. Physical Products (Printed Journals & Future Printed Items)
Physical products are printed and shipped on-demand through a professional print partner (Lulu Direct).
This allows high-quality printing without mass production — however, it means processing takes a bit longer than traditional retail.
3. Processing Time
Processing time is the time it takes to print and prepare your order before shipping.
Estimated processing time:

During busy seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

Once printing is complete, your order is shipped.
